    	    	Вступление

Like most DBT songs, this sounds like it's tuned down a full step. Here's how to play it in standard.
It seems to make more sense playing it in D, but it can be replicated in standard.

The only chord that doesn't sound quite right in standard is the Bb/A. On the recording, tuned to D,
the chord is C/B. In standard, I play the Bb/A like this:

E|--------|
B|--3-----|
G|--3-----|
D|--3-----|
A|--0-----|
E|--------|

If it doesn't quite sound right, a regular F chord sounds decent as well.

Bb
I just met Huston, He was lookin' for your door.
Bb/A Bb
He said he'd like to buy a horse.

I saw he had a map of the county in his hand.
Bb/A Bb
He had your house circled red.
Gm Bb/A Bb Eb Eb/D Bb
Cherokee is too damn far to come back by and ol' Huston needs a ride.

Bb
You just missed Huston, He was lookin' so confused.
Bb/A Bb
I guess he really needed you.

He was old and tired and lookin' for the truth.
Bb/A Bb
I guess ol' Huston's got the blues.
Gm Bb/A Bb Eb Eb/D Bb
Cherokee is too damn far to go back dry, I promise Huston I'll try.

Eb Eb/D Cm Bb
You ain't givin' up on lookin' for your thing,
Eb Eb/D Bb
 Even if you probably should.
Eb Eb/D Cm Bb
I'm sorry Huston. I ain't got what you need
      Eb Eb/D Bb
But I promise you I'd help you if I could.

Gm Bb/A Bb Eb
Cherokee is too damn far to come back

Great song! Tons of noodling! Enjoy!
