This is my second tab ive ever made, hope you like it.
I figured this out myself so it mightened be exactly whats being played in the song, but i think it sounds
almost 100% accurate.

The second part was particularly hard to identify. The two D#s (8 on G) in a row feels wrong and you think 
the first D# should be an A# (8 on D), but to me it sounds more like two D#s are being played in 
the song.

Bridge Chords:

|--D#---A#-|--Cm7---Cm7sus4-|

Do the Cm7sus4 by placing you 4th finger on the 6th fret of the B string while playing a Cm7.
